Check-in could’ve been better. The employee was bothered by my questions and was curt the whole time. Other than that though, the rooms, pool, amenities and casino were great. Housekeeping were wonderful bringing up extra towels when requested in a timely manner. The hotel itself is a bit far from the center of the strip but that didn’t bother me or my buddies as easy transportation was located right outside the main entrance. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Really nice hotel. Craps dealers and pit bosses are very nice and helpful. Pool area is great. Restaurants are all good from pub fare to Mexican to a good steak. 2 bedroom suite was very clean and nice with no problems or issues at all.

It's a cool place. Fun stuff to see if you've never been. It's a dump though and pretty far walking distance from the action. Rooms are pretty outdated, no fridge normally, old beds, fixtures, shower, linens etc. I only stay here if I have comp rooms. Carrot top is funny and decently priced for what you get. I hope the new cirque show coming in October makes this place a contender again.

I’ve stayed in many of the hotels on the strip and will say I used to enjoy Luxor quite a bit but my recent experiences have made me like it less and less. Recently when making my reservation I was told that there were many rooms with a strip view and I shouldn’t have a problem receiving one. When on the phone with the rep I asked if there was oversized parking since I was needing a larger parking spot and she advised me there was. I arrived to the hotel to find out there was no oversized parking. I had to drive back up to North Las Vegas to park at a lot with oversized parking. That delayed me about an hour. Once back to the hotel I went to check in and the representative didn’t greet us he asked for my ID right away. I gave my ID and and he didn’t say one word and I asked is there any rooms with a strip view by any chance? His response was, “ You’re not getting a room with a view!” My wife immediately gave me a look like did he just answer you like that? I asked if there were any rooms with views and that I would pay extra if needed and he immediately cut me off and said, “ Your room is in the West tower have a good day!” Didn’t even let me ask for anything he was rude and didn’t represent Luxor well at all. I will say after this trip we are definitely not going to stay at the Luxor anymore. There are better hotels on the strip with way better service!

The staff was nice and helpful everywhere we went. The pool was nice and clean it wasn't overcrowded. Our room wasn't bad but it was a bit of a hike to our room. We had one incident but a Manager handled our situation efficiency and appropriately once it was brought to his attention. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel.
